Fully equipped kitchen: Our stay at this holiday home was a culinary adventure! With a kitchen that had all the tools and appliances we needed, we felt like professional chefs. We whipped up delicious meals and bonded over our shared love for food. It was like having our own private restaurant!

Mind-blowing location with jaw-dropping views. Super cozy cottage in a peaceful area. Free parking, pets allowed, no smoking on site. Perfect base for exploring the surroundings.

The room at The Tottsie was like a cozy haven, with its warm and welcoming vibe. It made me feel right at home, with its fully equipped kitchen where I could whip up my own delicious meals. As a budget traveler, having access to a kitchen was a major bonus for me. It made my stay even more affordable and convenient.

Personally, I didn't fancy the artwork on the walls. But hey, art is subjective, and others might find it charming.

Tucked away in a convenient spot for exploring, parking can be unpredictable. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen with worn cooker markings. Low water pressure, shower tray requires stopping and starting. Beautiful views, short walk to friendly village pub. Cozy cottage with panel heaters and plenty of firewood. Perfect base for walking.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming cottage in Bassenthwaite. The views from the lounge and bedrooms were absolutely amazing. The cottage had a cozy and peaceful atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, with plenty of walking trails right outside the property. The village of Bassenthwaite was just a short walk away and the friendly staff at the Sun Inn made for a delightful dining experience. The cottage was always warm thanks to the panel heaters in every room, and there was plenty of wood and fire lighters for the stove. I had a perfect stay and would highly recommend this cottage as a great base for exploring the area.

The Tottsie in Bassenthwaite provided a cosy, peaceful cottage with fantastic views. Great location near the village with a friendly pub serving delicious food. the cottage was always warm with panel heaters in every room. Good supply of logs and fire lighters for the stove. Perfect for walking.

Felt well taken care of, nothing to complain about.

The location was great, with plenty of opportunities for exploring the surrounding area. the views from the property were absolutely amazing, and we enjoyed being able to go on walks right from the property. the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals during our stay.

There were a few aspects that we didn't enjoy. the lack of parking near the property was quite inconvenient, and we had to park our car a couple of properties away.
